Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is hiring Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for their Client Accounting and Advisory Services. This role offers the chance to assist clients with diverse accounting needs, providing interim and project-based support.

Successful candidates will have ten years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in accounting software. The position includes a flexible work schedule and various perks including PTO and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in public accounting with preference for Big Four alumni.
• Experience as CFO, Controller, or Internal Audit Manager preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an interim or project-based accounting resource for clients.
• Design and improve accounting processes like monthly close and reporting.
• Engage in executing client projects with a hands-on approach.
