Monarch Basking Ridge is seeking a Part-time Program Assistant to implement activities for residents across Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care. You will report to the Director of Programming and help engage residents in diverse programs within the community.

Responsibilities include planning activities, documenting resident histories, and maintaining the monthly social calendar. The role requires strong communication skills and a willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading activities for the elderly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing activities for residents.
• Create resident histories and profiles with family involvement.
• Set up and clean up daily activities as scheduled.
• Create and distribute a monthly social program calendar.
• Keep residents engaged between planned activities.
