Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland is seeking a VISTA Engagement Impact Systems Specialist to strengthen capacity for free and low-cost engagement programs. The role focuses on building data tools, volunteer systems, partner tracking, and reporting templates for moCa Saturdays, Lake Valley engagement, accessibility initiatives, and community partnerships.

As a capacity-building position, the VISTA will develop scalable tools and documentation, learn museum engagement practices, and contribute

Responsibilities

• conduct a capacity assessment of current engagement, volunteer, partner, and evaluation systems
• develop templates for attendance, access barriers, demographics, volunteer roles, partner referrals, and resources leveraged
• create a partner database and volunteer recruitment materials
• train staff and volunteers to use observation and feedback tools
• evaluate pilot systems connected to free engagement programs and finalize a sustainability toolkit with standard procedures
