Wider Circle is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist in Philadelphia, PA to run Connect For Life, connecting neighbors for better health and stronger communities. You will lead events, conduct home visits, and engage members through in-person and virtual activities to promote wellness and reduce health inequities.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage outreach, attendance, and care-gap support, with a focus on building trusted relationships and guiding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, positive, and able to engage people in person and virtually.
• Ability to build trust and lead community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connect For Life program and host events, both virtual and in-person.
• Proactively contact members, conduct home visits, and facilitate monthly engagement.
• Record interactions and report through Wider Circle systems.
