Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a leader who will drive enterprise launch, onboarding, enablement, and adoption of AI and agentic platform services. You will establish scalable engagement models to improve customer experience, platform usage, and time to value.

You will partner with product and engineering to develop enablement material, deliver workshops on LLM, RAG, APIs, and cloud capabilities, and track health, adoption, and value realization for strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Support executive briefings and strategic stakeholder engagements.

Role Summary

Preferred Qualifications

• Product marketing, customer-success, cloud, or Agile certification.
• Must be located in Charlotte, NC or in the California Bay Area.

Compensation and Benefits

U.S. On Location / Hybrid NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $80/hr to $90/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
