Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Communication or closely related field.
• Master's degree in Communication with eight years of full-time teaching experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise and teaching experience in Communication.
• Ability to teach core courses COMM 248 and COMM 298.

Responsibilities

• Teach COMM 248 and COMM 298 with a 4/4 teaching load and service expectations.
• Provide mentorship and departmental support to students.
• Collaborate with faculty and students across campus to strengthen the major.
• Contribute to curriculum development and inclusive teaching practices.
