Position Overview and Responsibilities

Reports to: Associate Director of Engage Programs

Employment status: Full-Time, Exempt Salaried

The Engage Programs Operations Coordinator will be responsible for executing the Beltline’s engagement programming, managing logistics, systems, and administrative processes for events, classes, tours, and activations.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
  • Administrative & Logistical Support: Coordinate schedules, vendor logistics, contracts, and permits; maintain calendars and booking systems; manage instructor, guide, and volunteer logistics.
  • Event & Program Implementation: Support setup and execution of programs; act as liaison for logistics; troubleshoot issues.
  • Systems & Technology: Manage platforms like Asana and Salesforce; maintain records, invoices, and program tracking.
  • Team Support & Coordination: Assist in preparing materials, facilitating meetings, and maintaining documents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project coordination, event logistics, or program administration.
  • Experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in nonprofit or civic sectors.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, Asana, Salesforce, or willingness to learn.
  • Passion for urban spaces, community health, and civic innovation is a plus.
Physical Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Valid driver’s license/ability to navigate around the city.
  • Willing to work occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Compensation:

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000. Includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
