Job summary

Gridworks is seeking a dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations and inventory control at the ABQ Main Office in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on verifying shipments, maintaining inventory in UpKeep, and ensuring timely material preparation and delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months to 1 year of shipping/receiving experience, proficiency with inventory management, and forklift familiarity.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience with shipping/receiving, warehousing, or distribution preferred.
Experience with inventory management, material handling, quality control, and data entry.
Forklift experience (Class 1-5) preferred.

Responsibilities

Loads and unloads goods and supplies while ensuring their proper handling.
Examines incoming and outgoing shipment contents and compares against manifests, invoices, or orders for accuracy.
Maintains warehouse quality, tracks damaged inventory, and reports damage to Operations Manager.
Packs, seals, labels, and affixes postage preparing materials for shipping.
Records shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes including weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies.
Estimates sizes and quantities of products and determines time, costs, resources, and materials required.
Monitors and controls materials, including regular cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Follows all warehouse safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Maintains and regularly cleans warehouse.
