Job summary

The Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) is seeking an Energy Program Manager to lead utility programs for AZ ARNG, including water, wastewater, electricity, gas, and energy resources. You will craft an Installation Water and Energy Management Plan (IWEP) and manage ERCIP input, with oversight of DoD and National Guard programs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, data analysis, and coordinating with project managers to ensure energy efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills.
• Experience with energy management and utility programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AZ ARNG utility programs including water, wastewater, electricity and gas.
• Develop Installations IWEP and manage ERCIP inputs.
• Prepare funding requests and scopes of work for energy projects.
