Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Environmental Project Manager in Arizona to coordinate licensing across federal, state, and local levels. You will mitigate environmental risks while supporting wind, solar, energy storage, and related energy projects, driving successful execution of core PM processes.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives, ensuring compliance and timely approvals throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience with environmental licenses and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with regulatory complexity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to obtain federal, state, and local environmental licenses, permits, and approvals for development projects.
• Manage and mitigate environmental risks across projects.
• Support development opportunities and acquisitions in wind, solar, energy storage, gas generation, and other energy-adjacent ventures.
• Execute core project management processes.
