Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Energy Analyst to act as the in-house expert and administrator for CBRE's utility bill payment platform.

You will manage end-to-end billing, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and coordinate with the bill-payment vendor, CBRE E&S leadership, facility coordinators, lease administrators, and the procurement team to keep information flowing efficiently. You will set up new sites, lead utility account integrations, prepare monthly energy and cost reports, and support

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with utilities, finance, facilities, AR, and the bill-payment vendor for issue resolution.
• Onboard new sites into the utility portal and tracking system; remove exited sites to prevent charges.
• Lead integration of new utility accounts into the bill-pay tool with correct GL coding.
• Provide ad hoc utility reports, manage system user updates, and handle internal requests.
• Investigate and resolve account exceptions and site-level payment issues with stakeholders.
• Lead utility account actions including registrations, shutoffs, deposits, and respond to emergencies.
