Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join its Energy/Utilities Practice Group in Columbus, Ohio. The role supports OPSB, PUCO, and oil & gas work, requiring 2+ years in energy/regulatory law and Ohio licensure.
The firm offers a competitive total rewards package, with a pay range of $145,000–$165,000. Salary will reflect background, experience and education, within applicable law. Excellent writing and analytical abilities are essential.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing Energy/Utilities Practice Group. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in energy and regulatory law. The successful candidate will provide full-time support to various areas within the Energy/Utilities group, including the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB), Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), and additional oil and gas work, as needed. Licensure in Ohio required.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
