Job summary

Quinbrook in New York is seeking an Analyst to support the Investment Team in executing transactions, managing investments, originating and developing the pipeline, supporting fundraising and sustainability initiatives.

The role involves evaluating and negotiating opportunities, building financial models, preparing valuations and IC papers, coordinating with advisors, lenders, and portfolio companies, and learning about technologies and markets in the energy transition and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an investment fund, banking, advisory, or similar, including financial modelling.
• Background in infrastructure or renewable energy is preferred.
• Educated to degree level with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, structuring and negotiating investment opportunities as part of a team.
• Preparing financial models for assets and fund models.
• Preparing valuations and reporting materials for the Funds.
• Coordinating with technical, commercial, legal and financial advisors, lenders, developers and other stakeholders.
• Assisting in the due diligence process for prospective investments.
• Supporting and managing investments after acquisition with construction and development teams.
