Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in infrastructure/energy investing or related fields.
• Experience in financial analysis and investment evaluation.
• Understanding of project finance debt and equity cashflow modeling.
• Knowledge of distributed energy technologies such as solar, BESS, EV charging.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience with investment memos and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on technologies, markets, and sectors within distributed clean energy solutions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and support proposals and portfolio acquisitions.
• Assist due diligence, including valuation analysis and document review.
• Model terms and assist in deal structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of deployment plans to potential clients.
• Maintain relationships with customers and provide project progress updates.
• Support daily operations of the investment team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
