Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading energy transition private equity fund investing in businesses at the forefront of the energy transition. With a strong presence across North America and Europe, the firm pursues value-add and control-oriented investments across power, utilities, energy services, and related infrastructure.

Following strong deployment across its existing funds and continued growth of the platform, the team is looking to add an Associate to support the evaluation and execution of new investments, as well as strategic initiatives across the existing portfolio. The role offers significant exposure across the full investment lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced investment team.

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and transaction execution skills
• Genuine interest in energy transition, power, utilities, and infrastructure
• Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing investment platform
