Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the Global Projects practice in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on project finance transactions, particularly in the energy sector, including both conventional and renewable power projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and negotiating skills, experience with DOE-backed financings or similar programs, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in project finance transactions at a leading law firm.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or energy transition projects preferred.
  • Experience with DOE-backed financings or similar government-supported programs.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong attention to detail.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or eligibility to waive in).
