Sanborn Head invites qualified students or recent graduates to join the Energy Client Service Area as an Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Bedford, NH. You will work with a team on gas, LNG, RNG, propane-air and hydrogen projects, gaining exposure to design, safety, permitting, and owner’s engineering.

A strong work ethic and communication skills are essential. You'll learn through real project assignments, mentoring from experienced engineers, and field experiences on active sites.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn the responsibilities of an engineer and apply academic knowledge to hands-on work.
• Assist with engineering analyses such as piping design and sizing of process equipment.
• Help prepare technical specifications and design packages for equipment and systems.
• Contribute to design reports, analyses, and technical assessments.
• Support process flow diagrams and piping & instrumentation diagrams.
• Assist with site visits to client facilities to review layouts.
