Job summary

ENFRA is hiring a Technical Services Building Systems Specialist I to evaluate, program, optimize, and test building systems on-site or remotely. The role focuses on RCx and Cx scopes, with energy-focused problem solving and documentation to support project delivery.

The position requires an associate degree in HVAC or building automation, 5+ years in commissioning, and strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills. Travel 40–60% to job sites; salary is hourly USD with benefits.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related field.
+5 years of commissioning or related field experience with building systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work with limited information and be self-directed.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with cloud-based commissioning tools.

Responsibilities

Perform duties per ENFRA policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
Document, communicate, and collaborate with project teams on issues and solutions.
Complete assigned tasks and deliverables timely.
Participate in site surveys, reviews, and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
