• Communicates with stakeholders to align requirements and assess impacts of specifications.
• Develops recommendations for system alternatives and enhancements.
• Investigates performance measures to drive planning; facilitates root cause analysis.
• Performs cost-benefit and ROI analyses to aid management decisions.
• Supports improvements of working processes within the team.
• Monitors IT service management practices across incident, change, and SDLC lifecycles.
• Coordinates test case development and strategy for technology delivery.
• Plans and documents user stories and feedback to support prototyping and wireframes.
• Identifies opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes and productivity.
