Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Energy industry experience preferred
• Experience leveraging AI tools and data analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads definition of business processes to measure, analyze, improve and control the process
• Communicates with stakeholders to align requirements and identify cross-functional impacts
• Develops recommendations for systems alternatives and enhancements
• Investigates performance metrics and drives continuous improvement for stability, UX and efficiency
• Performs cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems to aid decisions
• Supports improving working processes within the team
• Supports SDLC delivery, audits, compliance and documentation requirements
• Coordinates test case development and strategy for technology delivery
• Plans, executes, and documents user stories and feedback for prototypes
• Identifies opportunities to leverage AI to improve processes and productivity
