Job summary

SOCOTEC seeks an Energy and Sustainability Intern to join our Energy, Sustainability, and Commissioning Services Division. You will work across Energy Modeling and Green Group teams, supporting Analysts and Project Managers on high-performance building projects locally and nationally.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with hygrothermal analyses, energy code issues, and sustainability certification schemes, while receiving mentorship from seasoned professionals in a collaborative,技nitive

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in architecture, engineering, physics or sustainability.
• Interest in green building, energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support energy modeling and sustainability projects under supervision.
• Assist with data collection, drawings and assembly details for projects.
• Learn dewpoint, hygrothermal analysis and CFD workflows.
• Help prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for certifications.
• Research energy codes and sustainability programs (LEED, ENERGY STAR, WELL).
• Organize files, trackers, and assist with client-ready materials.
