Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, energy policy, or STEM.
• 2-4+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, energy development, power markets, project finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical rigor, with comfort building and maintaining models, trackers, and processes
• Comfort working with large datasets.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical material accurately for others

Responsibilities

• Lead development of processes and infrastructure for the powerplant engineering team.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand pain points and professionalize operations.
• Improve decision quality and support executive and cross-department communication.
