Qualifications

• Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (4.0 scale) verified via official transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing internal and customer-facing presentations.
• Review testimony and company comments in LPSC rulemakings.
• Support responses to information requests in regulatory proceedings.
• Support Demand Response and Energy Efficiency programs and future expansions of products and services.
• Develop analyses for transmission and generation planning efforts.
• Manage and report customer service data, products, and services.
