Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Global Strategic Initiatives Energy Specialist to drive growth in the Energy sector. You will act as a business strategist, identifying opportunities and building relationships with energy brands to implement digital transformation using Google technology.

You will collaborate with account leadership and cross-functional Google teams to deliver integrated, 'One Google' solutions and shape pricing and risk strategies for complex energy contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or any analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in greenfield environments.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leadership to develop and execute long-term digital transformation strategies for top Energy brands, managing novel Google Cloud adoptions.
• Partner with cross-functional Google teams to build and deliver integrated, 'One Google' solutions for clients.
• Assist with the development of comprehensive pricing, agreement financials, and risk mitigation strategies tailored to the complex landscape of the Energy sector.
• Contribute to the development of scalable agreement archetypes, leveraging these frameworks to drive 'greenfield' opportunities in the Energy sector.
• Partner with account leadership to drive the strategic direction for targeted Energy accounts, influencing key decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders on their digital transformation roadmap.
