Job description

A leading global strategy and economic consulting firm is looking to appoint an experienced Partners to join its growing Energy practice in the US. The firm advises major corporations, investors, utilities, financial institutions, regulators and government bodies on complex strategic, commercial and investment decisions across the global energy sector. Combining deep industry expertise with rigorous analytical capabilities, it delivers high-impact advice on some of the industry's most significant and high-profile engagements. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative, partner-led environment where senior leaders work closely with clients, shape the direction of the practice and play a key role in developing the next generation of consultants.

The Role

You will lead complex client engagements across the energy value chain, working with senior executives, investors and public sector organisations on strategic, commercial and regulatory challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary consulting engagements from proposal through delivery.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to executive leadership teams and investment stakeholders.
  • Developing commercial strategies and providing transaction support for major energy investments.
  • Leading business development activities and expanding key client relationships.
  • Managing and mentoring consulting teams while ensuring exceptional project delivery.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and helping shape the continued growth of the Energy practice.

About You

  • A strong track record of leading large-scale client engagements.
  • Proven business development capabilities and an established industry network with minimum personal sales of $4m per annum
  • Experience managing and developing consulting teams.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
