Job summary

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Pre-Sales ESS Engineering/Design specialist to support customer engagements from initial design through deployment. You will coordinate with sales, R&D, and product teams to ensure robust system integration, documentation, and high-quality designs that meet customer needs.

The role requires 3+ years in ESS engineering/pre-sales and strong communication skills. Domestic and international travel may be necessary to support customers and partners within a growing global

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ESS engineering/design pre-sales support and project management.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical subject matter with external partners and customers.
• Strong networking and communication expertise.
• Willingness to travel locally, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales technical support for customer engagements including development of documentation and training.
• Pre- and post-sales management of technical accounts to ensure comprehensive design and adoption.
• Support for utility scale and commercial projects with customized design support.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on tooling and training.
• Coordinate field testing and feedback collection for new hardware/software.
• Work with Customer Support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead engagement with customers on ESS applications and partnerships.
• Develop technical documentation for ESS product portfolio.
