Job summary

e-STORAGE, a leader in battery energy storage for utility-scale projects, seeks a Project Coordinator to support development and implementation of storage programs. You will help establish project management and procurement processes, track submittals, develop client interfaces, and coordinate information flow between client, project team, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline required.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Proficient with scheduling in MS Project and MS Office.

• Assist procurement and project management teams with coordination of activities.
• Help develop project plans and communications documents.
• Support schedule development and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate vendor commitments and relationships.
• Provide clear project status updates to stakeholders.
