You will work under the BOP Mechanical Engineering Manager and gain hands-on experience by supporting mechanical system analysis, documentation, and project collaboration. The role requires pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or related) and completion of your sophomore year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related major.
• Completed sophomore year of college.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and analysis of mechanical systems and components.
• Prepare or update technical documentation including design specs, reports, and calculation notes.
• Support projects by developing engineering documentation and scopes of work for procurements and subcontracts.
• Participate in technical presentations and written communications for customers and management.
• Research new technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with project schedule management and problem solving with the engineering team.
