Job summary

FlexGen is seeking an Energy Storage Application Engineer to support the development and delivery of cutting‑edge energy storage projects. You will partner with our Business Development and Technical Support teams to provide pre‑sales engineering, system design guidance, and technical expertise for Energy Storage Systems and FlexGen’s Energy Management System (EMS), HybridOS.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor in customer engagements—bridging hardware, software, and market applications

Qualifications

Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong electrical or power systems engineering knowledge.
Excellent listening, communication, and customer engagement skills.
Willingness to travel and pass background checks.
Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales engineering and system design guidance for ESS and EMS.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical solutions.
Support customer meetings as a technical advisor on interconnection and market considerations.
Assist in proposals, cost modeling, and contract-related technical input.
