Job summary

SECO Energy in Sumterville, FL seeks an Energy Solutions Supervisor to lead the Energy Solutions team and oversee delivery of member-focused programs. The role covers solar interconnections, energy efficiency and audits, with emphasis on community engagement and data-driven improvements.

The candidate will supervise staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with the Energy Solutions Manager to advance programs that enhance member satisfaction and safety in energy use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Conservation, business administration or related discipline.
• Six (6) years of progressive work experience in energy solutions or related field.
• Four (4) years in a customer service role within an electrical utility environment.
• Experience with photovoltaic systems, interconnection requirements and tariffs.
• Familiarity with interconnection management software (PowerClerk) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Energy Solutions team and daily operations.
• Oversee solar interconnections, energy efficiency programs and audits.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve member concerns and improve service.
• Develop member engagement and educational materials on energy topics.
