Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Business acumen or minor in economics.
• Desire to learn and ability to work in a team environment.
• Sound understanding of engineering principles.
• Problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills, along with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel suites and Computer-Aid Design (CAD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide project cost estimates at appropriate stages of the project development lifecycle and support cost-estimate templates and methodology across technologies and project types.
• Provide technical support for development-phase projects, including feasibility assessment and conceptual design of behind-the-meter energy solutions, and evaluate design trade-offs.
• Collaborate with project developers and business development teams to advance opportunities, address customer requirements, and support project progression.
• Prepare and coordinate technical documentation to ensure a smooth transition from development to project execution, with clear communication of requirements.
