Universal Energy Solutions is hiring Commercial Energy Consultants in Silver Spring, MD. This entry-level role focuses on meeting local business owners to review energy plans, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend supplier options. Training, coaching, and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

You’ll start in a hands-on program, learn our customer consultation process, and advance toward larger portfolios and leadership roles. Travel within a 30-mile radius is typical.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face-to-face.

Responsabilidades

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Review electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy costs for clients.
• Recommend competitive supplier options based on client needs.
• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers and mentors.
