Lattitude is expanding our Sales Account Manager team to serve the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey markets. You will work directly with homeowners to deliver modern energy and home improvement solutions, guiding them through smart decisions that improve comfort and savings.

This role emphasizes energetic relationship-building, trust, and a proactive, customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to develop product expertise and sales skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Sales, account management, client relations or customer service experience preferred but training provided.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete hands-on training to develop product knowledge in solar and home improvements.
• Engage directly with customers using consultative sales techniques.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through enrollment.
• Explain product features, savings opportunities, and service details.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism while representing the company.
