Job summary
Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling options, and drive uncapped commissions. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities across Edison, NJ, Princeton, NJ, and Neptune, NJ locations.
You’ll develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while building lasting customer relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
- Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on POWER’s products and services.
- Apply POWER’s sales process with ongoing training and coaching.
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Contribute to team success by achieving individual sales goals.
- Participate in weekly meetings and mentorship sessions to develop skills.
