Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and present energy-efficient remodeling options. You will learn POWER’s sales process, coach with mentors, and build strong customer relationships to drive personalized solutions.

The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth, with uncapped commissions and bonuses based on performance. Locations include CT and NY offices with a sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and presenting information.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
