Centra Sota Cooperative in Little Falls, MN is seeking an Energy Service Technician to support propane and fuel operations. This hands-on role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs propane and fuel systems and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanically inclined with willingness to learn propane and fuel systems.
• Willingness to obtain Class BC CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, inspect, service, and maintain propane and fuel tanks, equipment, and related systems.
• Diagnose and repair propane and fuel system issues.
• Set and place tanks and operate equipment such as flat-bed trucks, cranes, dollies, and trenchers.
• Perform maintenance and help keep tanks, vehicles, tools, and equipment safe and operational.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate with customers about equipment, service needs, and safe product handling.
• Provide propane and fuel delivery support as needed.
• Cross-train and assist in both propane and fuel operations based on business needs.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and emergency service needs.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability and willingness to learn propane and fuel systems, equipment, and practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to meet CSC driver qualification requirements and comply with the company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
• Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain a ClassBCDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and DOT medical certification.
• Willingness to work in both propane and fuel operations as needed.
• Previous propane, fuel, mechanical, service, equipment installation, maintenance, or repair experience is preferred but not required.
