Hitachi Energy in Crystal Springs, MS is looking for a Dynamic Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale energy projects, collaborating with customers, engineering, quality, production, supply chain, and sales to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality.

You will drive scope, cost, schedule, and risk management, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in SAP and PM Tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
PMP certification.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary remote teams.
Experience in managing project scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.

Responsibilities

Act as the key contact for customers and handle project issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Define project plans, including scope, financials, schedule, and risk management.
Lead project teams, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and achieve project deliverables.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management for procurement needs.
Monitor project implementation for best practices in scope, cost, and risk management.
Oversee project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and cash flow.
