Insulation Commandos of Denton–Tarrant is seeking an outstanding Insulation Technician to join our expanding team, handling removal and installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings. You will perform blown-in insulation, air sealing, radiant barrier installation, rodent mitigation, and other insulation tasks, ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in insulation installation preferred but not required.
• Background in construction, drywall, painting, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Install various insulation materials in attics, walls, and crawl spaces.
• Remove old insulation while protecting the structure.
• Install radiant barriers and perform air sealing to improve efficiency.
• Assist with rodent mitigation and proper material handling.
• Maintain safety protocols and PPE usage on every job.
• Maintain records of materials used and hours worked.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality and timely completion.
