2020 Companies is recruiting an Energy Sales Specialist to promote Reliant services at retail locations in Houston. You will engage customers, explain energy options, and drive enrollments in a fast-paced environment.

Earn a weekly base plus uncapped commissions with next-day pay and opportunities for career growth through internal promotions. Training is provided and benefits include health, PTO and retirement matching.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Reliant electricity plans to consumers.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (not required).
• Help customers lower energy costs in your community.
• Learn to identify needs and handle objections.
• Build strong relationships with customers and teammates.
