Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking an Energy Sales Specialist to represent Reliant by NRG at Walmart in Grand Prairie, TX. You will engage customers, promote energy plans, and drive enrollments in a fast-paced retail environment.

Earn $1,000-$1,350 per week with base pay and uncapped commissions, plus a $16.00/hr guarantee. Paid training, health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) with company match support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Six months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and teammates.
• Accurately document and report sales activity to Retail Operations.
