Responsibilities

What Your Day Looks Like

Residents in Pennsylvania have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that neighborhood by neighborhood, door by door.

• Canvass assigned residential areas across Philadelphia
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
• Build your skills through daily hands‑on experience and coaching
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals

What You'll Earn

Weekly Pay Multiple Ways to Earn:

• Base Pay: $55,000–$75,000/year
• Uncapped Commission: $60,000–$150,000+/year
• New Hire Performance Bonus: $500 one‑time
• New Hire Quota Bonus (50 in 5): $1,000 one‑time
• Weekend Incentives: 1.5x commission Saturday & Sunday, additional $100–$2,500/week
• Promotion Bonuses: $5,200 per promotion — up to $25,800 total
• Pop-Up Performance Bonuses: $1,200–$2,400/year
• Team Competitions: $2,000–$10,000/year
• Driver Stipend: $200/week for eligible positions
• Meter Madness Team Bonus: $10,000–$12,000 split among winning office
