Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, business, energy, environmental studies, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track regulatory activities, deadlines, milestones and commitments across NYSERDA’s portfolio.
• Maintain regulatory calendars, trackers, briefing materials, and other tools for team accountability.
• Support preparation, coordination, and quality review of regulatory filings, comments, responses, briefing materials, and other regulatory work products.
• Monitor regulatory proceedings and developments and identify items requiring internal attention or follow-up.
• Coordinate inputs from NYSERDA program, policy, legal, communications, and other internal teams to support regulatory deliverables.
• Develop agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up for regulatory meetings.
• Track decisions, assignments, and next steps to ensure commitments are completed on schedule.
• Support development of standard processes, templates, and tools to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives related to regulatory affairs and energy policy.
