Baird Holm LLP is seeking an Associate attorney for its Energy and Renewable Energy practice within the Real Estate division. This position can be located in our Omaha, NE or Lincoln, NE offices.

The ideal candidate must have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, strong academic history, Nebraska bar admission or eligibility, and excellent writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Up to 30% travel and starting by September 2026 are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Strong academic history required.
• Active bar admission in Nebraska or ability to obtain.
• Excellent writing, analytical, organizational, time-management and communication skills.
