Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager for its COES team in Houston to lead multidisciplinary efforts across planning, design, and execution of complex energy projects. You will partner with engineers and designers to deliver high-impact customer-owned energy systems and will interface with executive-level clients to ensure programs stay on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering Customer Owned Energy Systems or similar projects.
• Experience managing engineering and design project execution including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Strong communication with executive-level stakeholders and solid analytical/problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex Customer Owned Energy Systems projects from planning through execution.
• Own project delivery strategy, forecast, cost control, and EVM reporting with finance partnership.
• Serve as primary client contact, build trusted relationships, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
