Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support US Natural Gas Projects, ensuring governance standards, performance metrics and alignment with company objectives. You will work with project teams and functions to manage scope, cost, risk and schedule, develop plan updates, and prepare reports.

Your role includes coordinating meetings, updating risk registers, assisting with Gate Readiness, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 0-4 years in project coordination or project controls.
• Knowledge of PMBOK or PMP is valued.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with cost and schedule concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities to support the Project Manager in executing scope of work.
• Develop, update and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other deliverables.
• Manage project lifecycle activities including scope, budget, schedule, execution and reporting.
• Maintain risk register and develop risk management strategies with PM.
• Prepare weekly status reports and distribute minutes/action items to the team.
