Job summary

Murphy is recruiting for a Project Administrator to support the Energy on the Electricity Transmission Project. The role will be based out of our Cardiff office initially, with site travel required Aberthaw.

Join a leading contractor with a strong track record across four countries. You will help manage project controls, meetings, reports and dashboards while coordinating with the Project Manager and project team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role, ideally in construction, civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, actions and deadlines in a busy project environment.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, with ability to learn project systems quickly.
• Comfortable working with project information, trackers, registers and document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and project team, maintaining effective project controls and information flow.
• Coordinate meetings, arrange agendas, take minutes and manage action trackers through to close-out.
• Maintain project trackers and registers, supporting milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with preparation of project reports, presentations, meeting packs and dashboards.
• Support routine follow-ups, gather information and monitor outstanding actions to keep delivery moving.
• Be flexible to work between project office and site as required during mobilisation and construction.
