Energy Project Manager – Multifamily Technical Assistance

We are seeking an Energy Project Manager to join our Multifamily Technical Assistance team. The role involves providing technical assistance for the SANAH Multifamily Technical Assistance program, analyzing project feasibility, and supporting equitable solar deployment for affordable housing.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform technical assistance tasks such as utility data procurement, site assessments, and report preparation.
• Collaborate with partners on product and process development.
• Conduct research on housing, utility, and solar programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and produce technical analysis reports.
• Analyze project data and communicate technical specifications.
• Apply an equity lens to all aspects of the program.

Qualifications include:

• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.
• Knowledge of solar energy analysis concepts and tools.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred experience:

• Experience with affordable housing and environmental justice.
• Knowledge of energy storage and EV charging technologies.
• NABCEP certification.
• Experience with GRID or similar organizations.

Additional details:

• Position may require 10-25% travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Salary range: $60,000 - $84,500 annually.
