Job summary

Critical Loop, Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a Project Manager to own schedules, budgets, and outcomes of multiple energy project deployments from sales to operation.

You will work with engineers, subcontractors, utilities, and customers in-office and on-site to drive successful deployments. The role requires strong communication, experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget, and the ability to translate electrical diagrams into constructable actions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Background in commercial energy, infrastructure, or construction.
• Comfortable tracking budget and schedule variance in spreadsheets or PM tools.
• Ability to read electrical single-line diagrams and translate to constructable actions.
• Experience owning scopes in electrical construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own the schedule, budget, and overall success of multiple concurrent energy project deployments.
• Manage interconnection processes across CA utilities and out-of-state utilities.
• Read electrical single-line diagrams and translate to constructability discussions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and manage expectations.
