Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• Experience leading teams in school, work, or personal life.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
• Ability to speak publicly in front of groups.
• Ability to function in both team and individual environments.
• Attention to detail and strong computer skills.
• Open to travel in the United States.
• Work location is Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of natural gas facility projects including pipelines, compression, gathering, treating, and processing.
• Support engineering calculations, construction drawing reviews, and cost estimates.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and project scoping plans.
• Gain on-site field experience during ongoing construction activities.
• Present a summer summary to department management at program end.
