Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) in Houston, TX, seeks an early-career Project Development Engineer to support major energy infrastructure projects from concept through planning, design, estimating, risk assessment, scheduling, and pre-sanction stages.

You will develop project scopes, execution strategies, schedules, estimates, and project charters, coordinating with engineering, operations, regulatory and other stakeholders. Eligible to travel up to 10% and hold a valid passport for U.S.-Canada travel.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of relevant engineering, oil & gas, pipeline, operations, or project management experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Valid passport with ability to travel between the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, front-end engineering/design, cost estimating, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Develop project scopes, execution strategies, schedules, estimates, and project charters.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, regulatory, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support projects across the Gas and Liquids Pipeline business.
